Ivy Suite
One of only two rooms on the ground level of the
house, the Ivy Suite is a luxurious and romantic Virginia bed and
breakfast escape. Originally the dining room for the first
owners of this historic property, the spacious bedroom includes a
queen-sized bed next to a heated electric fireplace in the 1830s
hearth. A private side patio adjoins. The bathroom houses an
enormous whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower with two shower heads. A
vanity sink area is included for your convenience. Wrap yourselves
in thick robes and pad over to the two overstuffed chairs in the
sitting room to watch TV or a movie on the DVD player. This room may
accommodate two extra people. This room is pet-friendly.
Rates: $212 (Sunday – Thursday), $235 (Friday
– Saturday)
